The other night, my husband was putting our 3 year old son down for the night, and he said to daddy, "I need my cattlepuss!".
"What?", dad replied.
"My cattlepuss! I need my cattlepuss", Lincoln yelled.
"Hmmm, I'm not sure what you mean buddy", my husband calmly answered.
"Cattlepuss!!!! Please, I need my cattlepuss".
Dad was stumped. So in they marched to Taylor's (my oldest daughter) room. "Do you know what Lincoln is saying, Taylor? Lincoln, tell Taylor what you want", dad said.
"Taylo, I want my cattlepuss", Lincoln said.
"Oh, he wants his stuffed platypus" Taylor replied. Apparently Taylor speaks Lincoln.
I laughed out loud when I heard this. That little boy cracks me up.
